HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE? | Each rider needs to be proficient, experienced, skilful and competent on their bikes to be able to ride as a part of a group of cyclists. Each rider must be able to maintain an average minimum speed of 25 kilometres an hour, anything less and you will automatically be uplifted in one of our support vehicles. We will have a number of riding groups and it is your choice as to what pace group you prefer and who you ride with.  No rider will be left alone to ride by themselves.
