RIDING TO EDUCATE CHILDREN IN AFRICA
Education is the most sustainable form of aid and is the cornerstone of our work. Katoke’s mission is to build healthier and better-educated communities in north-western Tanzania by equipping individuals caught in the poverty trap of subsistence living, to take charge of, and continue their own development.
In 2016, the Katoke Trust will be again running the Katoke Cycle Series to raise awareness and funds for communities doing it tough in Tanzania. Our next ride is Lithgow to Bathurst return.
There are two ways you can support this initiative
1. Sign up for ride. Contact Jim Blaxland on j.bx@bigpond.com or 0409 590 468.
*All donations are tax deductible! As the Trust is run by volunteers virtually 100% of funds raised go directly to projects on the ground.
